# Project contact privacy notice

Enquiry details are used for project assessment and follow-up. They pass through a serverless gateway and are stored in WordPress hosted in mainland China. Notifications are processed by the configured email service. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. No account or marketing subscription is created. Temporary rate and duplicate-request counters are periodically removed; project records are retained for follow-up. Contact us to discuss access, correction, retention or deletion.

Do not submit passwords, identity documents, payment details or raw customer records.
