The form collects your name, project brief and at least one contact method. Company, project type, budget and timing are optional. The information is used to assess, reply to and follow up your project. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, payment details or raw customer records.
Where details are processed
Pages are distributed through our static hosting provider. A form submission passes through a serverless gateway and is stored in our WordPress system hosted in mainland China for authorized company personnel. The configured email service processes a notification containing the submitted details. These systems may process information in different countries.
Spam prevention and security
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions. This service may process browser and network information for abuse prevention. A keyed hash of the connection address is used to count submissions; raw visitor addresses are not stored as enquiry fields. Temporary rate and duplicate-request identifiers are periodically removed.
Use and retention
Submitting does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing. Project records are retained for project assessment and follow-up rather than being automatically deleted with the temporary rate counters. Contact us to discuss access, correction, retention or deletion.

Browser storage
This English-only site does not store a language preference. Draft enquiry details remain in the open page after an unsuccessful submission; they are not copied to browser local storage by this site.
